On Time Professionals

On Time Professionals were great to work with. We'll be calling them again if we have any other electrical work to be done. They replaced several outlets indoors and outdoors that kept blowing fuses (house built in the 80s) and we've not had any issues since. Seemed like honest guys providing quality work at a fair price - can't ask for more than that!

JD did an excellent job for us from the quick estimate to completing the work! We had gfi outlets done and a new meter box installed. JD took care of the coordination with midamerican and inspection so we were without power for a half day vs a day or 2. We highly recommend JD!

On-Time professionals did some electrical work on my basement remodel and I cannot recommend them enough. JD and Conner were extremely helpful, polite and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I will definitely be using them again for future electrical work.

Finding ourselves in a critical situation we were pressed to find an electrician who would be available before the passing of a week. On Time Professionals made time in their busy schedule to come and help us that very day. Granted, they may not have been able to do this in other settings and situations, but they made the effort nonetheless. All other contacts made no such effort. The team who arrived were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, upfront with explaining the work to be done and the cost for services (which for an emergency situation was more than reasonable!), and made the time to be sure we were satisfied. On Time Professionals will remain on the top of our list for all our electrical needs and for recommendations to friends and family. Simply, outstanding.

JD was great, and patient for the City Inspector. The results of our electric car charger installation was fantastic, looks and works great. Will use On Time Professionals for all of our future electrical needs!

Jerry was awesome, he answered all the questions we had and explained everything so we could understand and didn’t give us any bs and try and say we needed stuff that we really didn’t need, in other words he was very up front and honest, which now a days is so hard to find….. this will DEFINITELY be our GO TO for ANYTHING electrical, price was good as well….HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! In my 77 years I've needed may service technicians. Several were excellent, many were ok, & a few left me with recurring nightmares. Jerry was by far the best service tech I've ever had experience with. He was kind & pleasant, & extremely competent. He gave me a detailed quote . It was very reasonable for the amount of work he did. It was the best value for my money in a long time. 5 stars for sure.
