AJ Long Electric

Excellent work! Came within the time frame and got a superb job done on time. Very professional.

My house is ruined. Why is the wire exposed everywhere I don't understand. I paid full over $2,000 for this. My plumber gave me the phone number for Bo, who is employed fulltime by AJ long to do electrical work for us. He installed our electric vehicle charger not up to code, and with the wire fully exposed. The wire is large, full exposed in a finished room. Bo told me he would refund the money, then promptly blocked my phone number. When I found that Bo works for AJ long I called to speak with the manager hopeful to get this issue fixed after it being ongoing for 2-3 months. Matt said it has nothing to do with him. I didn't find a license for Bo, Matt confirmed that he believes Bo is unlicensed. He was upset with me for complaining about Bo stating that Bo's dad has just died (which I'm sorry to hear that but how could I have known that?) If I was a business owner I would care, and I would have been an AJ long customer as well because I want to get this fixed as soon as possible. Matt told me I was very rude and actually hung up on me. To say I'm disappointed... it doesn't fully cover it.. I'm shocked. Seeing the reviews her I was so thankful to learn that Bo worked for AJ Long thinking that they would help me/ find a fix ect. I guess I will just report this unlicensed work that is not up to code to the state. Edit- about an hour after posting this review, Matt called me threatening legal action. This is a fully honest review. I believe that Matt has a severe anger problem.

I am very pleased with the service. The first visit was short: Evan Valentine came and found out that he didn't have the right breaker. So he gave me a very reasonable cost estimate and scheduled a second visit a few days later. The next time he arrived on time and did the job quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend this company and Evan personally.

Very pleased with the experience of having AJ Long work in my home. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The technician arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He promptly completed job to install two kitchen lights which made the cost affordable. Will call them again. Recommend you call them too.

AJ Long did an awesome job running wires to new sconces and installing several new fixtures in our house. Mr. Long came in and set up material to keep the work area clean and was extremely efficient. He introduced his co-worker, was done quickly, cleaned up so it looked like he was never here. and with left us with perfect results. And his price was about quite a bit less than another quality electrician had quoted us for this job. He'll be getting a call from us for any future work we need done. Highly recommended!!

I'm very happy with the service I got from AJ Long Electric. My job could be classified as "No Job Too Small" - replacing a dual dimmer switch for a ceiling fan/light combo that was no longer working. I found the consultation process (handled via email) very easy, and the representative I worked with (Matt) was fantastic. Based on his responses, I was able to set up an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. The technician (John) showed up during the scheduled time frame, and was able to perform the repair/replacement in a very timely manner. I found their pricing to be very similar to many other electricians I spoke with ($99 for a service call and 1/2 hour). They were also willing to allow me to buy the actual switches from Lowes and install the switches (which saves me a bit of money compared to having the company supply the parts). I would highly recommend giving AJ Long a call for any electrical need.

The company of AJ Long provided a fair priced estimate for the two days of work we needed done. The team of Sai & Bo were diligent, pleasant, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to change shoes to come in and out of my muddy backyard and were consistent in safe Covid practices. I appreciated their patience when I asked questions, or they had to wait for me to make a decision. Office staff member Matt was easy to contact. We are more than satisfied with the price and work. We will plan to use them again in the future.
