My first time using Quality Electric Service in the residential real estate management component of my real estate brokerage. The electrician I had been using in the past ten years recently retired and recommended QES and he has passed me on to good hands. QES removed an existing, obsolete, ceiling fan in a great room of one of my property management homes in Falls Church having a 20’ ceiling and installed a new 54" fan and new 60" down rod. The task requires a tall ladder and is a two man job. Jeff and O were professional, efficient and easy to work with. Work was accurate, complete and timely. I was impressed and appreciated that QES disposed of the old fan and the packaging material for the new fan and down rod. I will be using QES from this point forward and happy to recommend them to others.

My power went out late in the afternoon and Quality Electric was able to squeeze me in same day. Jerry resolved the issue very quickly despite needing to go on a bit of a scavenger hunt for the common electrical room and the keys to open it. Also fixed my failed attempt at installing a new ceiling light, which looked great despite the fact that I bought an incorrect size. Price was super reasonable as well, especially given the quick service, but most important, made a stressful situation a lot less so. Bonus points for being nice to my dog who is a psychopath

They installed 2 new 20A circuits with GFI outlets in our large house, all at a very reasonable ~$2000 price. Jerry and Joe were friendly and communicated frequently about schedule changes, what time they would arrive and what choices/options we had. They showed up on time and seemed to really know what they were doing. Even the drywall work looked good. I'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing small or large electrical work.

Used quality electric for the first time today and had a fantastic experience. Jerry came on time, clearly explained all my options, had immediate simple fixes for the most pressing item (garage electric was out), and took care of my immediate emergency within 30 minutes of arriving. The price was fair and he gave me options for my larger bathroom issues. Overall great experience. Will be using again.

Quality Electric Service was referred to me by a neighbor and I was very pleased with the recommendation. Jerry was very polite and knowledgeable when he came out to give an estimate for installing a level 2 EV charger and new 60 amp 240 volt circuit. Jerry also performed the work and was very professional and provided outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

Ben and the team at Quality Electric did a fantastic job replacing recessed lights in our den and kitchen and adding new ones to replace an old fluorescent light in our kitchen. They also added a dimmer to the lights which has been really helpful. The change it made to the space was amazing. They checked the placement of the lights before installing the new ones, which was helpful. The cuts for the installation were so clean and spackled. The estimate was fast, the pricing was fair, and Richard and Jeff did an amazing job. I'm scheduling more recessed lights for our living room because it was such an improvement.

As usual, great service from Quality Electric. They were able to schedule a next-day visit. Jerry removed an old overhead lighting fixture and installed a new one, quick and clean. He also offered to help look for a replacement part for our under-cabinet lights. Very satisfied!
