This review is definitely long overdue. This job was completed on June 19, 2024. The staff and technicians at Castle Rock, LLC are absolutely amazing! From the time I emailed them about a quote on a electrical job I needed completed to the friendly customer service and the knowledgeable technician that came to my house to explain everything and answer all my questions and concerns. I am very grateful and satisfied with the job that was done. Thank you so much! I will definitely be calling you again for future service.

"*Adam & *Sean" worked on & addressed an existing odd voltage issue on an receptacle. Also relocated an outdoor outlet. They were (human) friendly, yet still professional, very fast but thorough & extremely punctual! Answered any questions with ease. Absolutely no fuss & no problems. I would definitely recommend. P.S. I recently purchased a Kohler home back up generator and Castle Rock Electric Company not only offered the electrical work but also was a Kohler authorized dealer for installation, start up and maintenance of Kohler generators. Adam was also very knowledgeable in the Kohler home generator systems. I was convinced once I met with Adam that Castle Rock was a good fit. Adam had 2 of his employees Jack and Mike out to wrap up the generator work and they were awesome! Very polite and professional guys. Always communicated and after the job was completed they cleaned up! This company installed an interlock kit and a 50A exterior power inlet box to enable me connect a portable gen set during power outages. The company did an excellent job at a very affordable rate. The technician Adam was very courteous right from the beginning and his work was professionally conducted. The system he installed worked perfectly right at the outset. I will definitely call this company for all my future electrical repair and installation needs.

Ed Ellis has decades of experience and knows how to run a business that focuses on quality and doing things the right way. His son Adam made the scheduling process very easy and arrived on time to check out the job. Jack & Mike also arrived on time to install lights in 3 of my closets. They also had to install light switches and connect to wiring in the attic. They were knowledgeable, quick, neat, and the kind of people you'd want working in your home. I am very happy with the value and the way the lighting turned out. I will use Castle Rock Electric again.
