Platinum Garages demolished my old detached two-car garage and built a new one (20x20 feet) on the same site. I selected Platinum from among five major garage builders in NE Ohio, based on their responsiveness, transparency, and competitive pricing. The project was executed nearly flawlessly and completed within 10 days—ahead of the timeline I had been given. Demolition and slab pouring took just two days; the new garage structure was completed in less than a day, and the electrical work was finished the following day. A minor issue identified during the pre-pour inspection was resolved within two hours and did not disrupt the schedule. While the weather cooperated—with only one rainy day—I was still pleasantly surprised that almost everything went according to plan, which is rarely the case with construction projects. All debris and unused materials were removed, and the site was left clean and tidy. The crew was professional throughout. Office manager Nilsa responded to inquiries promptly, usually within hours. The owner, Tim, visited the site daily to oversee the work. Overall, an A to A+ experience.

This was a great experience with a way better than expected result. There was constant communication with the main office and workers, so no surprises! Very experienced work and operations crew. Very helpful with suggestions and improvements that made a big difference without breaking our budget. No delays other than weather. Extremely happy with our garage and Platinum Garages.
