From my initial phone call, speaking with Dawn about scheduling work to be completed, to Tim completing all the installation and update to the system, to Autumn scheduling permit inspection, Absolutely Awesome! I truly cannot say enough about the fantastic service received. Tim also set a very high bar for all future service techs coming into our home. In the one week since he completed our work we have had three service people from other companies in our home and the work was completed. But once they left my husband and I both agreed, good work but "Not to Tim's standards". Thank You Dawson's

Jonathan was excellent! Very honest, gave me plenty of options, and fixed our most imperative issues quickly and efficiently. I felt so comfortable with his opinions and expertise that I made a list of more things I would like added to our home improvements. And after calling three other companies and not getting a call back for two days, Dawson’s responded in minutes and their representative was extremely friendly, thorough, and organized. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Dawson's! Scheduling electrical work to get an EV charger installed at my home was quick and easy, with several convenient appointment times. Charlie was friendly and knowledgable and was able to do the work on the same day. He showed me several options and price-points and didn't pressure me at all, in addition to making sure I was aware of the refund available with my power company and telling me how to take advantage of it. Recommended!

Jorge and Preston came out yesterday to upgrade our panel and install and EV charger for us. The work they did was exceptional. They both were so kind, clear that they take pride in their work and talked us through the steps and time needed to complete the job. Such kind gentlemen. So glad we went with Dawson’s for the job. They truly lived up to their reputation and five star reviews. On the front end they did not work to oversell, merely presented all my options and then worked to get the price as low as they could with different avenues they could leverage. Are they the cheapest, no. But when dealing with electric is the cheapest really the best. I would say not at all. And after seeing the work of Jorge and Preston, this was worth every penny to have a new EV charger, a panel that replaces our 30 year old unit and is ready to take us into the future, and a surge protector that gives us piece of mind with the wild weather and issues we can deal with here in the Carolina’s. We have used Dawson in the past and will continue using this company for our electrical needs. The technicians (Isaac and Kenny) are knowledgeable, helpful, informative and friendly. They take the time to answer your questions and concerns. I asked for an estimate, received it in short order and they were able to complete it during this maintenance visit( we are on their maintenance plan) — in addition, they are not intrusive and are respectful of my home and time. For these reasons along with their competitive pricing, I will continue using their services.

After consulting the reviews for Dawson Electric & Air, I saw nothing but very positive input, and was impressed with the name of TIM as it came up consistently. I called & requested TIM, who came promptly arrived at the designated time, with his shoes covered, an upbeat attitude and a ready smile. He was thorough in his work which consisted of setting up our electrical controls to Alexa via Echo, and correcting some electrical errors that had been made when our home was corrected, and explained all aspects of his work. Needless to say, my husband & I were extremely impressed! Interestingly, my adult daughter visited while he was here, and was also as impressed as we were & decided to set up an appointment to do some electric work at a home they were purchasing. I have since had him again to remove a fluorescent light & install 3 recessed can lights in our master closet which he did today. He asked if we’d be interested in having those closet lights turn on & off automatically when entering & exiting, which we were. He completed the work after first covering our clothes to prevent leaving any debris on them. He vacuumed the workspace, leaving everything spotless. I will have him come again soon to install some ed lights in our large pantry. Before he left today we thanked him for his knowledge, efficiency and thoughtfulness & that we will always request just him, to which he quickly responded that, "ALL of Dawson’s technicians are equally qualified both technically & personally!" Again, am so impressed with this young man and Dawson’s Electic. He was proud to tell us of a great number of charitable community-outreach projects that Mr Dawson & his electrical busines does for Durham, Raleigh and surrounding areas. We had three quotes from three different companies. Charlie was the only one that took notes and photos of everything we wanted done. He also gave us great suggestions on how to get our home up to code. His work was impeccable. He cleaned as he went. We had hardly any patching to do from the recessed lighting. We are so happy with the results that we are now considering getting the upstairs done. All around, great customer service.
