For the most part, the handyman did a decent job and most of the work around the house was completed well however, the baseboards were left uncaulked,, the work in the bonus room was incomplete and the piece he put together is uneven, unlike the other tasks where he walked me through everything when finished, he logged off the job before I had a chance to review the bonus room and when I brought it up, he said I’d have to schedule another visit. I’m not sure why he didn’t show me the area before clocking out like he did with the rest Overall, the work quality was good, but the lack of follow-through on the final details was disappointing. Update: Mrs K’s called to follow up on the work and is sending someone out to complete the job and were apologetic for not completing it the first time, as it is not how they run their business. This says alot about them and will update the rating upon completion of the work. Kudos for following through! Update: work complete. Pleasant experience with the second handyman they sent out. Will use them again.

I hired Mrs. K’s to replace the door trim around my door, and the job was left incomplete. The trim is mismatched. The surrounding wall wasn’t painted, and now the door doesn’t even shut properly. When called to address the issues, the owner was extremely rude and unhelpful. I’m very disappointed with the quality of work and the lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this contractor. We will now have to hire another service to complete the work properly, after trying to have someone come back to the residence to finish it from Mrs. K. Her only answer the entire time was that we originally approved this work when pictures were sent during initial contact of of hiring this contractor for the work that needed to be completed. Ultimately looked to speak with the owner on a resolution and was able to get no where with her. We called her back to try and schedule a technician to come back and correct the issues and she responded with "I’m in a meeting" Came back out and demanded more money. Very rude steer clear of this lady and this company

Had a couple shelves installed recently, Dan with Mrs.K’s was extremely helpful with providing options that best suited our wants and had amazing communication throughout the whole process. Their team was extremely professional and did a flawless job, I couldn’t be more impressed! We will definitely be using them for our future projects.

What a pleasant experience I've had so far. Monica and Adam are the best. The both listened and responded to fulfill my expectations. I am excited to see the finish product of the makeover. Thank you Mrs. K. And Team!!

As we expected, our service to repair a cabinet slide will take an additional visit. The service man was very knowledgeable, friendly, clearly explained the repair and assured us that he would be back once part arrives. Also appreciate the updated messages and calls for scheduled visits. Definitely happy with our decision to contact Mrs. K’s Home Repair.

I recently had vinyl work done on my house, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The worker was prompt and clearly experienced. Every detail was handled , The job was completed on time without any issues. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing quality work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for vinyl repair or installation. I even spoke with the gentleman about getting more work done !

Robert got to the site early which was awesome. I needed the job done the same day I scheduled and MrsKs Home Repair was able to accommodate. Robert worked a little slow so not all tasks were able to be completed, but he did accomplish replacing a ceiling fan, placing a new tv onto an old wall mount, and installing a closet. He did nice work. Overall, quite pleased!
