We had our Generac generator installed by Chase & Eddie and we could not be happier. They both were knowledgeable and easy to work with. We just had a Generac 26KW generator installed. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Called them for a quote, Brandon came over the house and took time to explain our options. Brandon was very knowledgeable and helpful. Day of the installation we received a text that the techs were on their way. Chase and Eddie explained to us how the installation would work and the timeline for everything, including power being turned back on and county inspections. Once the generator was up and running Chase and Eddie explained how the generator works, the app and they set up the test schedule for the unit. It is nice to have a reliable service person to call. We have had trouble with our whole house generator and it took some digging and patients but Chase never quit and figured out he problem. Excellent communication and workmanship. We wont hesitate to call again if needed.
