3 weeks ago I contacted this company to repair my oven. It took one week for me to determine they had not contacted insurance for authorization it took another week for me to get a schedule date and finally on the 3rd week today they call to say it takes two people to move oven back and two technicians are not available today during my available slot. It took three weeks to determine two technicians would be needed. A-1 seriously is this the business motto?
Great and fast service all the time. I work for LASPCA and they are the only people I call. Sales rep Kenny and field hand Davie are awesome..
