Keefe's Air Conditioning Heating Electrical Generator & Plumbing

I’ve been with Keefe’s for about a year and a half now. I signed on with them to repair issues encountered with a previous company. The difference has been significantly noticeable, completely positive and a refreshing change. Service is always outstanding. The office is responsive and accommodating. The technicians are always professional, knowledgeable, THOROUGH, and helpful. Sam and Desmond stand out as always providing exceptional service. I appreciate their time and attention to detail to ensure things are done right.

I made a call trying to find someone to come out same day. I figure it would be hard since I was calling at 2pm. These guys were out within a couple hours to see what was wrong with my system. Then they had me installed with a new unit the very next morning. I have no complaints

I know this review is not aligned with the 5-star rating this company gets. Perhaps my situation is unique. I have a very old ac unit. It's got problems. But a technician came out and told me the parts weren't available, and if they were (an interesting piece of logic) they would be 4,769$ and 3,500$ for each of them. The blower and the heat exchanger needed to be replaced, he wrote. He scheduled a salesperson to come out that evening to sell me a new unit. Today, someone else came and fixed the unit for $450 dollars. It was not the blower or the heat exchanger; it was the igniter, the flame sensor, and the rollout switches. So, the technician was wrong about the problems. However, I don't think the technician is incompetent. I think it is more the case that the technician didn't want to fix the unit. Let me be clear: I do not think this technician makes the decision to push a new unit. I think that this rather is company policy. That's fine! Keefe's can refuse to fix old units. That's their prerogative. But don't come here and lie to me about my unit then charge me $88 for the privilege. If you have a unit worth fixing, you should be fine. If you buy a unit from Keefe's, I suppose you'll be fine then as well. But if you have a unit that is old or is too much trouble, they will not fix it.

Mr. Sherman Mulkey was an amazing technician! He arrived early, immediately started solving the problem, and fixed it quickly. He was knowledgeable and friendly, walking us through the entire process as he worked on our HVAC equipment. Truly such a kind person, even with us being his last client of the day. Truly recommend his services!!!

Keefe’s really showed me and my wife yesterday why they are one of the best A/C company’s to deal with hands down. Our A/C went out late at night and they were there by none the next day. The technician name Andrew was unbelievable, he kept no secrets. That gentleman was very respectful and helpful. I’ve collected a lot of knowledge about keeping up with my home unit from Keefe’s technicians. Keefe’s is not a company that will just take your money!
