It was an absolute pleasure working with Atlas Electric. The entire team went above and beyond in assisting me with my home warranty. After I lost power, I reached out to Fidelity for support, and Atlas Electric was chosen as the service provider. I am extremely grateful that they were the team assigned to my case. Derek was dispatched to my home promptly, and not only did he identify additional issues with my electrical system, but he also provided a thorough explanation of each problem, offering a valuable "Electrical 101" lesson. His extensive knowledge and expertise were evident, and I truly felt he cared about the safety of my home and well-being. After Derek’s visit, Michelle took over and maintained excellent communication throughout the day, providing timely updates on the progress. I never had to follow up with Fidelity because Michelle was proactive and managed everything efficiently. She even took the extra step of contacting me after hours to ensure I had power restored as quickly as possible. Overall, the professionalism and care demonstrated by Atlas Electric far exceeded my expectations. I have worked with other service providers in the past, but none have matched the level of expertise and customer care that Atlas Electric provided. Needed emergency service through a warranty company. I had no prior experience with Atlas. Today then sent Gabe to make repairs to our electrical panel. He was friendly, on time, knowledge and I could tell he wanted to do everything he could to help me. He discovered additional damage once he got it apart and will need to come back with more parts to finish the repair. His support staff back at the office were also awesome! Michelle was very helpful and I could tell she wanted to help me as well. Thanks guys for the great service!

The electrician they sent (Gabe) did an amazing job. He was on time , very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I’m not sure how much residential work he does but I will BE SURE he does ALL of mine from now on. When he is not busy working commercial projects. Thank you Atlas for having an amazing electrician to send out to my home.

They were recommended by my neighbor and it turned out their office is just down the street from my house. I needed several outlets put in for my kitchen remodel. Then once my stove was delivered (about a week after they put in the outlets) and another week when it was installed (I was waiting on a gas line), I started having trouble with the stove. Appliance people came out and said it was my electrical. I immediately called Atlas and had the appliance person talk to Atlas. Atlas had someone over to my house within the hour. It took them a while to figure out the problem was a faulty breaker (it was a very weird problem to diagnose). They didn't have the part, but the guy came back the next day and replaced my breaker. I've had no problems since. They were kind enough to cover this under warranty for the prior work, although my problem was really unrelated. Super grateful to them and appreciate their excellent customer service!! Thank you Atlas!!!

I will start by saying that the person who came to do the estimate and the woman who worked with me on the phone were both fantastic, very responsive and warm. However, the electrician who actually came to do the work was another story. He spent much of the day heavy sighing about each component of the work he was doing. He also told me upon arrival that he really didn’t have an idea of what he was doing, even though a bid was written up weeks prior. His work was fairly quick, but he was rough on our appliances that were nearby, using our removed dishwasher as a work bench by dropping heavy tools on it and putting three dents into our fridge. Overall he made us feel like we were inconveniencing him by having him do this work. This not only wasn’t a welcome attitude in our home, but also seemed to completely disregard that fact that almost 100,000 people have lost their jobs in Oregon in the past two weeks.

Be careful of their drivers on the road. These guys love to ride your bumper while it's pouring rain outside... way to be professional..

I have used them twice now and pricing is either estimated by project or by the hour. They are always on time do not ask for money before services are rendered. Very knowledgeable, professional, and do excellent work.
