David is THE Best! We started with a leak from our home to the water meter. Our local plumber recommended Trenchless Pipe Technologies to take care of this issue. David reminded us what can happen due to Quest Piping. It was our wakeup call to replace all the Quest piping in our home. David estimated 2 weeks for the job. He was the ultimate professional throughout the job. David replaced the old pipes. The county passed the inspections. We used the company he recommended to patch and paint the dry wall. The entire job completed within the 2 week period. Our interaction with David was fantastic. He is professional, efficient, and kept us up to date with the progress. We actually used this company to replace the entire main waterline. David was amazing. The same day I contacted them David went out and provided me a quote. He answered all questions I had. He understood our need and urgency for this repair. My father passed away in December and on the same day he passed the pipes busted. He scheduled us for his 1st available and I was not disappointed. David was polite, efficient and professional. He described what was happening and why there was a leak and water accumulation. He made time for our repair in his schedule because our problem was urgent. He found our leak and stopped it without draining our bank account. Bottom Line Up Front: Excellent work, timely response, reasonable price. I would recommend Trenchless Pipe Technologies to friends and family. Details: I had a broken water line under the footer of the house. The first company I contacted gave me a reasonable quote. However, I was informed that they couldn’t start work for 19 days that meant no showers, no toilet, no laundry, no drinking water, etc. for almost 3 weeks. Unacceptable! I called David Martin at Trenchless Pipe Technologies. He came out the same day; gave me an acceptable estimate and told me he could get to me within a week. The next day he informed me that he would be able to start the repairs in 2 days. The repair took approximately 6 hour to complete and thanks to the use of directional boring my yard survived with only minor digging. Very pleased with the work and I would use Dave and his team again.

David did such a great job. After several pumbers xame to visit the house to identify a sewer odor, only David stuck with it to find the source and do the repair. He was easy to work with and I found him honest and caring. I could not be happier with his service and honestly, his support.
