I searched and searched for an electrician to handle tall ceilings for lighting installation and troubleshooting in another area. After many calls and research, I called The Reel Electric Company and Juan set up an appointment so a free estimate could be given. Javier arrived and I showed him everything that needed attention. He gave me a reasonable price and was able to get everything done the same day. Javier took care with the areas he was working in and was great at helping me with visualizing the length of lighting being installed. Javier arrived on time and was very nice. His disposition was pleasant, professional and helpful from start to finish. Javier is a wonderful example of how people should treat customers. I highly recommend The Real Electric Company and Javier. I added pictures of the highest lighting install.

I couldn’t be happier with The Reel Electric Company. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, great communication the whole time, punctual, and even the call center was good which is rare now a days lol. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Eliud G. was my electrician. He was outstanding. Fixed some breakers and wiring in my breaker box, some poorly wired outlets in my bedrooms, and fixed/replaced our EV charger outlet that was having problems with Tesla app telling us it was overheating. Turns out they have new specific EV outlets that handle more heat specifically for EVs, and replaced the wiring that handles higher heat. Not replacing could have led to an electrical fire. So I’m really glad we had them come. He was very up front, and not just trying to do a cheap job and find work to make money. He just gave honest feedback, and made sure the job was done right.

Luis was amazing. He was extremely thorough in explaining to me what he thought was the issue and outlining the options that I had to get it repaired I was very impressed with his positive attitude and knowledge of his profession. The issue turned out to be a problem with my solar panels, and I had to contact the solar company to resolve it. I would definitely recommend them 100%

Installed level 2 EVSE Great service Javier was extremely professional and answered any questions I had. He also gave me lots of information about charging and the EVSE itself. Communicated throughout the whole process so I never felt like I was in the dark. Would definitely recommend and will use them again for any electrical upgrades I plan in the future.
