Integrity Electric

Surprised by the difficulty I had working with Integrity Electric. After 15 minutes, the service tech determined he could not finish the work in one service call. Their office billed me for the full amount before the remaining work could be completed. It took several calls, photos and emails to get them to understand the work was not done. Simply do not understand the way they do business and glad to have found another electrician. In response to the owner’s note below, the amount I finally paid Integrity reflected the small amount of worked they actually performed. Suggest you look elsewhere for an electrician. Too difficult to do business with.

Relocated our breaker panel and replaced meter box on the outside of our home. Work was done on time as quoted. Very professional team and kept inside and outside of home clean during installation. Highly recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Integrity Electric!

Bill and his team of electricians have done a great job for our house and several of my friends. So far we have had him install new switches, whole house surge protector, and a few other jobs. He is the best electrician in Allen, TX! (He has helped my friends in Plano and surrounding Dallas cities too) Can't say enough good stuff about them!

Hired Integrity Electric as part of remodel. Ended up very expensive. Most replaced light switches were not installed level, or did not fit squarely on the wall. The ceiling fan had to be re-hung, repair person said it was nearly fell down. Now many of the cheap items that Integrity purchased and installed are now breaking. Originally we just wanted them to be out. Advise, purchase your own products, and do not accept less than a quality job.

They replaced my Federal Pacific panel...great job! They had the best quote by far from the 3 that I received. Glad I went with these guys, very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Integrity apparently in name only. They did some work for me about 4 years ago on a garage and come to find out never closed the permit out. I called them to see if they could help get it closed out since I can't do electric by myself, took multiple calls but talked to someone who said they would "check on it and get back to me". Never heard back, called multiple times after that including the owner's cell phone and never hear a word from them. In response to the note below, I needed an electrician so I could close out the open electrical permit. You wouldn’t even return my calls and you did the work incorrectly so I had to get another electrician to help me.

Excellent company!!! I have used them for both residential and commercial projects. Can not say enough about the professional and honest approach. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for good electricians.
