We had a great experience with this plumbing service. Ben, replaced my old water heater with a brand new he was very professional and friendly from start to finish. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left.

Kellam made an earlier appointment scheduling issue right and were able to fit me into the schedule at an appropriate time. Our technician Jamie came out first thing in the morning and gave our system a safety inspection and full once over. Very pleased that we were able to work this out.

Plumber Ben Roberts with Kellam Mechanical replaced my old water heater with a brand new 40 gallon electric water heater. Not only does it operate more efficiently, it looks sleek. The plumbers installation was thorough, quick, and he left my condo so clean it was as if he had never been there.

He was professional and knowledgeable at his craft, being in the industry for a few years. Very customer friendly and knowledgeable about his work. Good listener and very considerate of my concerns about my HVAC system. I would have him as my Technician in the future.

Update: Jamie was here on 10/17 to fix my AC. He did a wonderful job. Was exceptionally thorough and made sure it stayed on for more than 20 minutes before leaving!! I will be requesting him for all future repairs. Austin was very thorough with his electrical inspection and explained everything in layman’s terms. He was very personable and did not make me feel pressured to purchase services.

Ryan came out to work on a nuisance tripping GFI and did a great job of diagnosing the problem and correcting it. He installed a GFI breaker to better protect the circuit, and replaced the GFI outlet with a standard one making the circuit line more stable. While in the panel he cleaned up a couple wires that weren’t quite right. He thoroughly checked all his repairs and even went around to make sure my breakers were the proper size for the HVAC compressors. It’s these "little" things that mean a lot to me and shows that he takes pride in his work. Another super nice and knowledgeable electrician. Highly recommend Kellam and Ryan in particular.

Kyle was professional, prompt and courteous. I had an exterior light replaced and he was able to quickly complete the installation of the new fixture. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. Nora was very polite and helpful during that process. Kyle did a great job and I’ll be contacting Kellam again for my future electrical needs. Thank you!
