This company went above and beyond any expectations we had. My son used Elemental of Portland Oregon for his system and as a licensed electrician was particularly impressed with their work. So we reached out for a bid and compared them to other vendors here in Bend. They quoted the latest panel technology and were more competitive than any other company using the best available equipment. What was most impressive is that they did exactly what they said they would do. On time on budget and with the highest professional quality of work. Even the City of Bend Electrical Inspector said he had not experienced this level of quality in recent inspections. While it is late for home owners to take advantage of the solar tax credits which is unfortunate, this is the company you should choose to avoid any frustration with completing a solar project. It is complex at best and this company knows what they are doing. An important aspect is that they don’t use contractors to do install. Everyone on the job was an employee with customer service and satisfaction as job one. Don’t hesitate to contact this company!!! Today especially you get what you pay for. But in my case Elemental of Portland was the most competitive, using the best equipment and ultimate customer service company I could have contacted with.

Elemental recently completed an 8 panel system on my house. I am very impressed with the Elemental Team. The Sales, Installation, Project Management, and Admin teams were all professional, knowledgeable, and highly responsive throughout the project. One positive anecdote: the install team was sensitive to my aesthetic concerns with regard to the conduit run. The final product exceeds my expectations! Additionally, the install team was friendly to my children who were very interested in their work. Overall, it was a smooth and rewarding process. We will work with Elemental again.

Elemental recently installed our solar panels and two Powerwall 3s in Portland. We were very pleased with their team – professional, knowledgeable, and highly responsive throughout the project. A standout moment was their handling of a faulty Powerwall (a factory issue); Elemental addressed it immediately and replaced the unit very quickly, putting us back on track. Overall, it was a smooth process, and so far we are satisfied with the installation and our system. Will update after a year!

Elemental Energy installed a solar and battery system for us in July. Everyone that we worked with throughout the entire process was amazing. They are all employees of Elemental Energy, which is a benefit. They work as a team, and we felt we could always ask questions about our new system. We would 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking at getting solar. You won’t be disappointed.

An amazing and friendly local company that does everything right and if something is seemingly off, they will follow immediately to consult and/or correct any issues that you may have. I have been using my panels for well over a year now and am super stoked with everything Elemental Energy has done for my family, thank you EE!!! P.s. - I no longer have an energy bill (only the $16 pge service fee every month, saweet!). P.s.s. - if you are thinking about getting solar, go with a reputable company like Elemental. DO NOT GO WITH THE DOOR TO DOOR SOLAR COMPANIES, you will be super happy that you didn't (e.g. I was able to get a system that produced 2.5 times more energy than the door to door people, for only an extra $3k ).

He guided through the entire process with all my questions answered most professionally. The Elemental Team were excellent, speedy and tidy workers. One day completely installed. It is such a huge delight seeing my PGE bill down to just a service fee! Mission Accomplished! Please don't hesitate using this top notch company and Go Solar!!!

Elemental Energy installed the solar panels at our house, and then a year later, installed the home battery at our house. They have been great to work with and the work quality is excellent. Everything looks really great. The first year we had our solar system it produced the exact amount as the predicted production in our quote. The only problem is our roof is not large enough to cover all of our demand. My wife was frustrated in the winter when we started receiving electric bills again.
