No level of professionalism- Recruiter cancelled our meeting 5 minutes before to reschedule for an hour later and then didn't call. Michelle apparently can't keep her own calendar. Really lacking here. EDIT: While this was clearly employment discrimination since I applied for a role in a male dominated industry and I was purposely treated poorly by older female staff that felt that was improper and wanted to teach me my place, I filed a complaint with HR to be told "no policies were violated" and I'm sure they're finding that my skill set is incredibly rare since most professionals left the industry during the pandemic. An apology would go a long way if you want to fill your requirement with an experienced professional.

They are such a great staffing company to work for! I've been working with them for years and they always succeed on connecting me with amazing opportunities! Definitely give them a chance if your're in the job market. The recruiters are so helpful.

Kyle Winters has been an amazing person to work with. I initially was paired with someone who had quit soon after performing my interview. I had called up there and was informed by Kyle that my rep was no longer there. I was a bit frustrated with the lack of communication but Kyle picked up where he left off and has been outstanding ever since. He promised that he would look into certain things and get back with me and he always did. He has done everything that he said he would do and that speaks a lot to who he is as a person. He helped me get placed at a job that I have thoroughly enjoyed and has been advocating and rallying for me every step of the way. I appreciate the care and dedication that he has shown. He deserves all of the accolades... A few extra dollars an hour wouldn't hurt either. 🙂

First, I had no idea that there were recruiters for jobs. This is actually an awesome thing and I wish more people knew about it. My recruiter, Francesca was absolutely amazing. I’m a straight to the point kind of person, and she really helped explain my personality to future employers who were interested. She helped with what to wear, how to present myself and things to say, which was extremely helpful being straight out of the military. I was extremely worried people wouldn’t understand my personality and wouldn’t want to work with me. She’s very helpful and I highly recommend her and what she has to offer, she’s great and easy to talk to!
