Apparently, this company’s surveyors think they can park wherever they want, with no respect for people’s private property and the liability exposed in doing so. Found their surveying truck in my residential property well beyond the right of way in middle of lot, unloaded. When I asked the surveyor if my land looked like public parking, he replied "Man, we gotta park somewhere." Nice. Well-trained.

My husband and I demolished our home and are preparing the property for our new home. The services of Terratech were chosen to do soil compaction testing. I was worried the demolition contractor was not doing things correctly. I called Terratech and expressed my concerns, within ONE HOUR, I had project managers, supervisors, etc., too many too to name because so many came EVERYDAY to check on us, to test and retest, take samples, and explained everything to me in layman terms!! Highly recommend Terratech, it is apparent they have many years of experience, and are very knowledgeable. The foundation of your home has to be solid, firm and level. I never gave engineering much thought until this experience, I have a new respect for engineers! We are very grateful to Terratech that our new home will have a solid foundation!!
