Zack from Energy Experts came to our home service an issue with our air-conditioning unit. It was determined that we would benefit from replacing the unit rather than repair it. Zack gave me a prompt estimate which we felt was a very good price and we have executed the bid form And having the unit installed promptly tomorrow. This technician seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We’ll enjoy working with Energy Experts in the future. P.S. Zack and the crew showed up replaced the unit and worked with the precision of a time tested test pilot or heart surgeon. They had the new unit in and our house was cooling in minutes. Nick the technician was punctual, knowledgeable and very personable. He recommended I change out a small part to keep my AC running smooth and had it on hand. Energy Experts was easy to work with and fairly priced. Nick and Christian did a great job with the AC unit installation. They were also extremely polite and professional while performing the work. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Energy Experts was great to work with. We had them replace our nearly 30 year old HVAC system in May 2025 with a new Trane system. Christian was great to work with throughout and gave us a fair, honest bid and got us in quick on the install. We had a few questions on options and called the office as well and they were honest, responsive and prompt in getting us the information we needed to make the decision. We got 3 different estimates from different companies and Energy Experts were the best price. I would have hired them even if they weren't because of their honesty during the initial diagnosis and estimate process. Thanks again Energy Experts.

I would like to give a big thanks to Energy Experts for the excellent customer service we received! We desperately needed a new HVAC unit put in one of our rental properties. They were able to get someone out to do the job the very next day! We were super impressed by that, and the work has held up well since.
