Factory Muffler is always a pleasure to deal with. They've kept my tired minivan functioning for more years than I care to admit, at a reasonable price and with good advice about what is and isn't needed. And they're also great with basic maintenance on my much newer hybrid sedan. Highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Came in for an exhaust leak and the staff was extremely friendly. Very fast and efficient and the price is unbeatable. Would very HIGHLY recommend.

I've been taking my cars here for nearly 15 years and they have been on the level every time. They have occasionally spent a lot of unbilled time diagnosing a problem that I chose not to repair; other times they have fit me in when it was an emergency. The price was generally fair, and the quality of the work has never been an issue.
