They spent two days trying to fix the truck, charged me $2,800 and didn't solve the problem, in the end I decided to return to Houston by tow truck.

If you want your truck fixed, don’t bring it at this place. They called me end of day to tell me that they will take a look next day and then 8:30 in the morning, they called saying that they have 3 hours already working and don’t find the problem and need more 8 hour to find and fix. I took a look at my truck cam and they don’t even spend a 10 min. (P.s) other shop spend 5 min to fix a black wire on tail light of trailer. They charged 700$ for nothing! The worst place ever to bring your truck. Update: I went to other shop and the problem was only one fuse. That’s unbelievable!!!

A business really depends on its staff; consultants neeo to sell in a way that makes customers want to return.Two different sellers helped me. The first was very rude and tactless— almost left because of it. But the second seller was excellent! I can tell the second sells manager loved he’s job and were genuinely well-mannered. The worst place ever to bring your vehicle they charged me $500 for 1hr 30minutes of just looking at my vehicle didn’t fix a thing and wanted $2,800 to fix a steer gear box and a wheel seal upon me checking for parts from local part store I found parts were very cheap and I found a great local mechanic who charged me hardly anything and was finished in 5hrs don’t let these major companies like fleet pride scam you out of money for over priced parts and labor you have been warned

Gerald grant chandler and Jason are all parts experts on the front counter best on the gulf coast they always find what I need or put me in right direction

folks were nice friendly very clean store got what I needed ordered a couple other things just easy and a great experience
