They completed the job on schedule, and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding—my roof looks amazing and feels solid and secure. Fraley's meticulous and impeccable work, and work ethic, was evident from the beginning. After visiting the job site, the detailed written proposal included: the sequential step-by-step process and procedure; list of materials to be used; beginning and end dates; and the invoice amount. Most of the work was done inside working around (1) a chandelier, (2) a 22ft ceiling, (3) hardwood floors and stairs; and (4) a large area rug. Finishing the inside work required blending the large areas of new sheetrock and matching the existing ceiling paint; thus, avoiding repainting the entire ceiling. The outside work repaired and painted parts of an elevated soffit area. All work (inside and out) was done to perfection. The crew performed their work with care and diligence. The cleanup at the end of each day was flawless. The finished product (work) was also flawless and very much appreciated.

From start to finish communication was great, when I had questions Cody was there to answer them. Joe kept in contact before the project started, he contacted me and made me aware of the requirements for their equipment, the crews schedule, the pick up of their equipment and final inspection. Cody and Joe made me aware that my roof (attic space) wasn’t being vented and having vents would help significantly. We discussed details and we agreed moved forward and install ridge vents. The crew worked hard and completed the job on schedule. The process was smooth for my family. My wife made me aware that Dawson came around as the crew was working and checked on the progress of the job ensuring things were going well! The experience we felt with Fraley Roofing Inc. was an AMAZING experience, they really care about their customers. We felt like a part of their family. Not to mention a person from the crew helped my wife (he didn’t have to, but it was from the kindness of his heart) carry the stroller up the porch stairs making it easier for her.
