It was an unusual electrical problem, a fault that didn’t easily lend itself to resolution. The guys were meticulous and thorough and eventually found the short. I was glad they were able to fix it, because otherwise we could have had a serious problem. An easy fix but trouble shooting was beyond my abilities. Very professional and recommended highly.

I had them do work at my house. Everything went great and I went to schedule them to do something for one of my rental properties. The first appointment no one showed up So I called they set up a second appointment and did not show up for it. His excuse was I’m working on a Taco Bell on 204th and I didn’t realize I had an appointment the communication between his appointment setter and him he’s not very good I will have to find someone else to do the work on my rentals It was the way I Was treated you may have been busy, but I had a scheduled time that you were supposed to be there and you didn’t show up and then you tried to accuse me of being wrong and then found out you were wrong and never apologized and never tried to make it better I checked for a reply to this since I replied to all of them, but they have failed to reply to this review shows that it was spot on

We’ve hired Frederick Electric for multiple projects over the years in our first and now second home (both 100+ year old historic homes — I note this because sometimes older wiring can pose extra challenges). All of their electricians have been extremely kind, professional, prompt and thorough with all of their services. I had a deeply disappointing experience working with Jamie Frederick. He provided me with a quote for a 6-gang meter stack installation and wiring for a 6-unit apartment building, emphasizing the recent code changes would make the project more expensive. His bid was slightly lower than others, so I decided to proceed. However, after paying the 50% deposit, communication from their side completely stalled, forcing me to repeatedly reach out for updates. Jamie failed to source a proper 6-gang meter stack and ended up purchasing a non-refundable one from eBay that did not meet code requirements. The city rejected it, and Jamie proposed a workaround that increased the cost by 33% of the original bid. When I consulted with other electricians, they confirmed the issue stemmed from Jamie’s lack of awareness about the code changes—not the city. I decided to terminate the project, as I no longer trusted their capabilities. Jamie refused to provide a full refund of my deposit, only returning 42% and leaving me with the unusable, non-compliant meter stack he refused to return to the seller. The lack of communication, failure to adhere to codes, and unwillingness to take accountability for their mistakes were unacceptable. I caution others against working with Jamie Frederick, especially for larger projects. Low bids can come with hidden costs and major headaches—I learned this the hard way.

Awesome experience using this team of professionals. Got an in-person estimate the day of my call, which was more than reasonable. Repair scheduled same day and completed when scheduled. Even sent the techs out on a Sunday to address any questions or concerns about the conversion! Will use and recommend again!
