Gatchell Electric

An electrician came over with the wrong part and never came back. He said he was going to get the part. We called a couple times to find out if he was returning, no answer from anyone. Nobody picked up the phone until I got the owner after hours. The owner said we didn't call and got very angry and started yelling. Saying I didnt call and nobody was going to do the work that was supposed to be completed in the morning. Don't waste your time, he will lie about anything, apparently.

We hired another electrician for new construction. The work was poorly done and the electrician was unresponsive to fix issues or continue other work we need done. I called Gatchell Electric and they quickly came and fixed the issues and completed the job. Extremely pleased and will continue to use them for all our electrical needs.

These guys are the best. They are punctual, courteous, and very reasonable. He made it so easy for us to understand our issue and what needed to be done to get it corrected. Living in an older home, these guys will be the one I turn to for ANY of our electrical needs. I will definitely be referring these guys to anyone I know needing electrical work! Oh, and my dogs even liked them and they are very picky:) Thank you!!!

The light in my office at the church went out yesterday. I called in the afternoon and by 8:30 AM this morning the tech, Justin, arrived to fix the issue. He did a great job and we had a nice chat while he was working. I like working with Gatchell Electric, they are polite, reasonably priced, and on time. The tech, Justin, is a nice young man who is polite as they come and I am glad he is on team Gatchell. If we have the need, we will definitely hire Gatchell Electric again and I highly recommend them!

Left a message about needing two outdoor outlets installed. Was promptly called back and told labor was $100 an hour. I asked for a quote because I had a budget and might have to do one outlet instead. Was told the boss would contact me. Never got a call back. Apparently the job was too small or not worth their time. Oh well!

Gatchell electric helped to rewired the lower level of my 1907 home earlier this month. I had the old tube and knob outdated wiring. Gatchell and his team gave me a reasonable estimate for the job. His team was very respectful and did a great job getting the wiring updated. I will be using their services in the future.

I called Gatchell's phone number several weeks ago. I provided them a list of electrical services needed (multiple hours) for my basement remodel. I was told I would receive a call back and an electrician would stop by and provide an estimate. I never received a call back from Gatchell. The good news is that I discovered several alternative companies that would call me back, schedule an appointment, and completed the work.
