My Generac is 15 plus years old. The installer is long out of business. I looked for a reliable repair/service provider and fortunately Jared was recommended. He has been tireless in his efforts to fix the issues with my Generac and has been perfect in all aspects. His work ethic and professionalism are second to none.

We had a problem with our heat pump not operating with our "whole-house" Generac generator. Blue Ridge seller and electrician installer didn't have a clue as to why. Jared installed a "soft-start" gadget and that solved the problem! Jared knows his stuff and his secretary, Julie, is friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!
