Chad was very responsive to my initial messages. Was able to come look at my house and see what we could do the next day after I reached out. I ordered an EV charger, then his crew came in and installed it pronto. They were so kind working with me on the best products and installation for my EV charging PGE rebate. Highly recommend. And he has a cute dog too!

Chad and his team were exceptional!! We needed a new sub panel and a general idea of what improvements can be made to our system. Chad was prompt, professional, courteous, and honest. We recently bought a new home and needed to get new lighting installed as well as replace old fixtures. The owner, Chad, came over and inspected our whole house, listened to what we wanted, gave suggestions when we asked him, and followed through with the timeline/budget we wanted to work with! He came three days in a row (even during the weekend) to fix, replace, install, drill, crawl, and climb all over the house in order to get the changes we needed and wanted. After it was all done we couldn’t have been happier! We got dimmers installed on ALL the lights so we can now set different moods in every room of the house! A complete house transformation took place that already increased the value of our new home! Can’t recommend Basset Electric enough for how much they changed our home! Thank you Chad and team!
