Harbor Freight

I Recently had an item I needed to return and couldn’t find the receipt in my email but remembered I was an inside track member and they could look it up that way part of the reason I paid and signed up, a pretty new not so nice manager Liz said nope they would no longer look it up for you so I was SOL unless I found my receipt. So after calling corporate I was able to get a copy of the receipt and get it taken care of, Not sure what happened to the previous manager but her customer skills were far better than who’s there now. My previous experiences up until this point have been good

Won’t honor extended protection program, and now claims they can "no longer look up receipts" in the system. I specifically asked the last three times I made a purchase there. It was very convenient to not have to keep track of the paper receipt because I knew that they were all stored under my number in their system.

This is the best harbor freight in the area. The staff and managers are super nice and helpful, and it's in a good plaza unlike some of the other locations that feel hood and always well stocked and clean.

First time at Harbor Freight. I was impressed by the signage to help customers go to the proper aisle. The prices seemed very reasonable.

Much better location for larger selection than capital Blvd. Especially for in stock boxes. I know, I grabbed mine and stocked it for around 1300$, which isn't even a down payment on a similar sized snap on or corwell empty! Download the app, and it's WORTH inside track club!
