I went with this company because our other company retired. I made an appointment over the phone for a consultation. My poor husband sat at home all day waiting for them before I called them to find out they canceled it because I did not answer my phone to confirm it the day before. So I made a new appointment. They came, gave us an estimate for the cost. I signed the contract that day and returned it to them in an email. I then heard nothing back for 2 months! I finally reached out again for an update and they told me they were ordering the generator. I waited another month and still nothing. I called again asking and they said "We tried to reach you to make an appointment" but I have no missed calls or emails from them. Went ahead and made an appointment for installation. They come do what they need to and tell me their is a defect with the generator and will be back the next day. They come back and still cant fix it and make an appointment to come back with parts. They finally do fix it and them proceed to tell me I need to pay immediately by check. I tell I can pay online, with a card, or go pick up cash for them but if I do check then they will not be able to cash it for 3 days. They insisted on a check. I was not informed that it would be a check needed at anytime and I wasn't even told that it would have to be immediately when they were done, especially since I had no clue when they would be done with all lack of communication and the changing appointments. I am beyond frustrated with their service.

This company doesn't deserve any stars and the only reason there is one star is because I couldn't post my comment if I left it blank. We will never do business with this company again. The service tech left without giving us an invoice because he claimed he didn't know what the price of the starter he installed cost and said he would bill us. We waited nearly a month before we received our bill and noticed that the tech billed us for 2 hours labor @ $120 per hour, when he was only here for 40 minutes. Whoever created the invoice failed to include the cost of the starter. We paid the bill and a week later we received another bill, this time it included the cost of the starter. When we contacted the owner he told us that he starts the labor cost the moment the tech leaves the office and returns. Regardless of the fact that no labor had been done during the travel time... This is highway robbery and my husband told the owner unless he removed the add'l hour we wouldn't pay the bill, he agreed to do so. My husband also informed the owner that we'd never do business with him and that we were contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Great service and service tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the generator. He explained what is happening as well as what he will be doing to get this back to full operating mode. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their type of service. Great job!!
