Rays Electrical & Boring Service

I contacted Rays to install an EVSE, aka EV car charger, in my garage. Everyone I worked with from Rays was great from scheduling through installation and follow up. Ray and Zack came out for the initial meeting and we agreed on the work to be completed. Zack and Al came back to do the installation. They were professional, got the work done quickly, cleaned up, answered all my questions and made sure that both the hardware and software for the charger were working properly. I truly feel that they understand all the requirements for the safe installation of a EV charger. They even performed a follow up visit due to an unforeseen hardware issue that had nothing to do with the installation work that Rays did. They have an efficient administrative process that streamlines estimate, billing and payment so it can all be handled electronically, making things easier for me. If you need to have a car charger installed you can’t do better than Rays.

I really appreciated what Rays team did for me. They were all great! I had an issue on a holiday early in the morning and he was out here within an hour. He did everything he could to help me until I was able to get my insurance taken care of and they walked me threw the process 100%. They had to redo my whole electric box and the outside all the guys that came to fix everything we're very nice respectful and got the job done in an few hours. I would call Ray and his team for any job I needed done again! Prices were great and he was able to tell me them as he was here explaining everything to me so no hidden fees, or change of prices!

First, I have to apologize to Ray's as this review is several months overdue! They came out in December to put in a dedicated outlet for a new sauna. My basement had just been remodeled a year before, and I was concerned about ripping up drywall. I forget the name of the young man that did the work, but what an excellent job! When he left, it looked like that outlet had always been there. He even cleaned up the drywall dust from cutting the hole for the outlet! He was in and out in about an hour. Then, unrelated to this job, I contacted them a couple weeks later with a separate issue. Ray himself stopped out that day, fixed my issue and did not charge a dime! I tried to give him some money, but he refused it. (Note to Ray - when I said "it took too long", I meant too long to not charge me.). Who does that these days?! Anyway, I will definitely use Ray's Electrical for any future needs and cannot recommend them highly enough! Excellent quality work, fair prices, prompt service, and very pleasant to deal with.

Ray and his team were incredibly professional and completed the job perfectly. His attention to detail is much appreciated. His office is also incredibly patient because I forgot to pay the invoice and they were incredibly courteous with me. Their prices are very competitive for the high-quality work that they do. I will 100% be using Ray and his team of qualified electricians in the future for all of my electrical needs. Joy is such a nice receptionist!

Ray's team came in after my shop caught fire and did a awesome job. From redoing the main coming in, to new panel, all new conduit outlets and LED light fixtures. Great job guys

We needed a panel upgrade and to trench new lines to our detached garage. As a new homeowner, I very much appreciated their thorough explanations of the process and recommendations based on the area. Ray, his son and the rest of the crew were fantastic and very professional. I first went to the company to speak with Ray about the job. The business, property, buildings and all the equipment looks spotless clean very well organized. When they came to the job site I was impressed all the equipment looks new, nice, and clean the crew worked together like best friends. They made the job look easy. And I'm sure it was not easy. I have been around and hired contractors most of my life and I never seen a company so well organized and professional.
