Trade it

I visited Trade It in Fayetteville, NC, and a young lady named Chachy welcomed and assisted me. I was interested in purchasing a computer, but I wasn't sure if it fit my needs for a gaming PC. After reading the details on the computer sticker, Chachy went to her management to inquire more information about the PC. After she came back, she informed me about some specifications that were not listed on the computer sticker, or the description paper. Come to find out the PC was built and designed for gaming. This young lady went out of her way, above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and secure about purchasing the PC. Thank you so much Chachy.

What an awesome experience. I called and spoke with Evan. He was not only very professional and helpful over the phone but once in the store he gave great customer service. even assisted with directions to my next location. Side bar...they also have a beautiful jewelry selection with GREAT prices...almost bought jewelry and I wasn't even there for that!! I can't wait to find my next great item with them!!! Chachy is a very pleasant associate to deal with when I come into Trade It. She always has a smile on her face and she's very helpful to all my questions. She's very attentive in helping me decide between products that I'm having trouble deciding on. She's very helpful with letting me know which product is best for me to obtain according to my needs for that product. She never makes me feel like I'm being rushed on my purchase or like I don't matter.
