They communicated the progress, sent videos of the unit running & being tested, then when it was all crated up for shipping. I’m very excited for it to perform for me for many years to come. I just installed my new 7 kw reman Westerbeke from Boat energy they were fantastic. Linda from my first phone call to the day of install was thier for me by answering my questions and if she couldn’t she would ask her husband but she was truly knowledgeable about the unit. I have a load of pics, videos, FaceTime etc through the build . I ran the genny yesterday for 8 hours on the hook for a troubled free day! Linda was fantastic throughout the whole process of purchasing a new refurbished Westerbeke gasoline generator, shipping it up to Rhode Island and picking up And shipping back our old generator for a core charge refund. The new generator runs fantastic-just as good as new!! Whenever we had questions, Linda has held our hands through the whole process. I would highly recommend working with this great company.!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Linda and her husband "owners". I’d give them 10 starts if I could. I live in Fort Worth Tx and buy all my generator parts I need for my client's through them. I’ve bought several new Westerbeke units from them as well. I am going to keep using them even thought the distance we are apart isn't ideal they make it not a problem by shipping everything to me. It’s hard to find reputable, reliable businesses now days so when I do I hold on to them. Thank you guys for everything!

Boat Energy saved the day for me. I have a 2018 Westerbeke gasoline generator on my boat. The Fuel Module went bad and I tried to order one from my local Westerbeke distributor (where I get all my parts). It was a special order part and I had to pay in full to place the order, and I was quoted 6-9 weeks to receive the part. After 9 weeks of nothing, the distributor reached out to Westerbeke who informed them that they didn't have the raw materials to manufacture the fuel module and they had no ETA. I waited a few more weeks and the status didn't change, so I resorted to trying to find a used part. That's where Boat Energy comes in! I reached out to Boat Energy and within an hour was on the phone with Mitch and he said he thought they had the part. I sent him the specific measurements and photos, and a couple of hours later he told me he had one in hand. I paid him and he shipped it UPS ground the same day. I live in the Tampa area and they are in Fort Lauderdale, so it only took one day to receive it. After installing the new part I still had no fuel flow. I tested my low pressure fuel pump and found it was bad as well. I called my local Westerbeke shop again and they said they had one in stock and it was $129. Score! I head to the store to pick it up and they didn't actual confirm their inventory, and they didn't actually have the part. Also Westerbeke no longer makes this part and it requires ordering a retrofit kit that was almost $600. So I called Mitch again and he found me a low pressure fuel pump and shipped it the following day. After installing both of the new fuel pumps my generator ran flawlessly for my trip to the Keys over Thanksgiving. If you need some used hard to find generator parts I strongly recommend Boat Energy!
