We had the axle on our travel trailer replaced at D&R RV Services. The entire experience was outstanding. The do excellent work- everything was done right the first time, and the trailer feels solid and safe again. Their pricing was very fair and not inflated like some other places we've dealt with. What really stood out was the customer service. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. It's clear they care about both the quality of their work and their customers.

They did generator repair, professional, explained everything, generator practically purrs now. Very kind and took time to explain what was going on, fit me in when they had a cancelation. I would highly recommend D & R, and keeping in my contacts!! I couldn't thank them enough!!

Top-notch customer service. Exceptional quality thorough inspection of our Rig within hours; provided diagnosis; fixed the problem; and had us back on the road within 24 hrs. Professional business who were very considerate of our travel time. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t recommend the whole team enough. Had air conditioning issues with our RV. They fit us in on very short notice and looked at the problem, unfortunately it was a 2 day fix and we didn’t have the time to stay and get it sorted, but they explain everything and gave us a detailed receipt/invoice so we could get reimbursed by the rental company. Extremely nice people, even saw us walking back to the shop when it was ready in the heat of the day and gave us a lift for the last mile which was amazing. Don’t think twice about using them, they will do everything they can to help you.

They saved what could have been a very unfortunate event. I bought a used horse living quarters and brought it straight to them to have my on board generator serviced. My daughter and I travel a lot for rodeos. Upon further inspection that they performed they found a serious issue with what held my axel. After speaking to the dealership it was purchased the manufacturer indeed agreed my trailer was not safe to travel with they recommended the same as D&R recommended. Needless to say it was a recalled part that the manufacturer covered and all ended well. D&R saved what could have been a very bad situation not only for my horses but my day and I. They were very honest. I’m not skilled with backing it in and they even helped with that. Thank you again.

Rafael and company are a life saver! I am local and have used D&R RV twice before. Had a trip planned this week and when I got the RV out of storage, the toilet was broken. They were able to source a toilet and install it before our trip departure, amazing people, amazing job! Thank you!

Fantastic service and fantastic people. Rare to find somebody in the RV repair business that actually cares about their customers like they do. They squeezed me in and stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. They went above and beyond. Highly recommended
