Good Alternative To Bass Pro Shop When Your In A Hurry...! Good Selection Of Sale And Clearance Items If Your Into Thrifting... Wish They Would Open Earlier Around 8am...

Over the past few months I’ve spent a couple thousand dollars in Sportsman’s Warehouse. Majority of the time I have a pretty good experience, although that all changed today. I had bought a steel target but wasn’t sure if it was exactly what I wanted. I walked around the store looking at different options and found something I liked. The product was about $100 more than the target that I had already purchased so I went out to my vehicle and brought in the one to return. The guy trying to return my item told me that a manager could look up my receipt because I had left it at home. As soon as the manager Spencer arrived he told me he could not do that because he saw me looking at the other targets and accused me of stealing the target I was trying to return. After all of this I I went home got the receipt and returned the steel target. Shame on Sportsman’s Warehouse for allowing this kind of behavior by their management. You have lost me as a loyal customer.

The cashier asked me for ID to buy ammunition. Im 50 and clearly Old enough to buy it. Then the cashier had no clue about the current sales and when the ammunition did not ring up on sale he just shrugged his shoulders. All over the ammo shelves are signs that say 15% off all ammunition. And forget about getting any help at the gun counter. Three guys standing around talking to each other instead of creating guests. Forget this place.

Purchased a firearm, from their website, based on the description of the firearm. After picking up the firearm and taking it home, I realized that I was sent a different model of the firearm. Upon returning to the store the staff did everything they could to rectify and correct the error. They contacted the corporate office and were told, "The website description was Wrong BUT I got the gun I ordered ". Well how the Hell did I order the wrong gun when I ordered the one from the description on Their Website ??? Bottom Line: Sportsman's Warehouse does not stand behind what they post on their website, will not correct their errors and do not back their employees. Goes without say that I'm not going back!

This is a great place for all your outdoor needs . They have a lot of different types of ammunition A lot of different types of guns and a whole lot of everything else.

Very disappointed with this store. My Hawaiian friend was treated with zero respect and discriminated against at the gun counter. Not only was he made to grab info that a Caucasian wouldn't have to but still was refused a sale without even doing the background check and all information provided. It's sad that in this day and age people are still judging on skin color and not on actual facts. You guys made my friends first gun buying experience very sour and I'm sure he won't forget it. I will never spend another dollar at your store and I've spent thousands there ...

Alway clean and nicely stocked. No issues with their customer service. Went in to buy some ammo and they had really good deals so bought more than I expected. I'll be back soon of the deals keep going.
