I had a great experience at Clarke Power Services, Inc in Jackson, MS. Lonny and Jim were outstanding—transparent, professional, and genuinely nice throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure the job was done right. It’s hard to find a shop that treats you with honesty and respect, but these guys really delivered. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a trustworthy truck mechanic in the area.
we had a truck down because of DPF problem. Truck was derated and we found this guys as a closest shop that can check the issue and more important faster than anyone else in the area. I was dealing with Mr. Jim over the phone and he was updating me for everything so I could update the broker ( we end it up late for delivery so we needed to keep them inform as well ) They baked the fitters and they put them back and I was out of there in 24 hours. Honest guys!!! Will use them again for any type of service!!!
Called them & asked, can they changed the oil . They said yes, we do! Then i said it’s for my volvo truck & I’m usually using mobile delvac 15w40, because truck is little older, & the some clown said, you probably have to go to Volvo dealer! What????Volvo dealer for oil change??? Is this truck shop??? Or circus??? What a clown!!! Can’t even bring my trucks here for oil change, imagine if something serious with the truck!!! What a clowns!!Absolutely Joke!!! Not surprised!!! Mississippi! Dead place!! Stay away!!
I've been overcharged in this place. For replacing alternator I was charged $1500. Be aware with this place, they will not let you know they put that expensive price tag on their service and will charge you on fact. I am disabled man and tried to tell them it was almost all my only money I had on my account, they charged anyway. Shame on this greedy people at Clarke Power Services. At least I can aware others.
My visit was great,,I've finally found a home to take my Big Truck for repairs feeling Safe knowing I'm not going to get beat out my money when I return for it... I recommend Clarke Power for all small business Trucker as well as large,,,Thank you Clarke Power for everything
.Good group of guys. The price fluctuates sometimes for the same job on the same kind of vehicle but they do quality work and are easy to get along with.
Had a coolant issue with my Rigs transmission and not only did they fix the issue they checked for other possible future issues.
