Jason and his staff at JRB Electric did a great job installing my Kohler generator. Installation was completed in 1 day and the generator has already prevented several loss of powers at our home. I do recommend JRB if you are interested in a standby generator.

Excellent work and personable owner while on site. I wish owner was more communicative since I have so much more electrical work I would trust him to do. I’ve been forced to reach out to other providers. Aside from communication, Jason is personable in person (explained the installation and use of the Kohler back-up generator he installed until my wife and I understood it well). He and his technician buttoned up the work very well and left the job site like they were never there - CLEAN. I regret having to move on to another provider for generator maintenance and other electrical work we need - still, I recommend his expertise.

JRB are a bunch of hacks and should not be in business. They installed a Kohler Generator at our house 4+ years ago, never registered the product for warranty, and now I we have out of pocket cost due to their inability to do their jobs properly. JRB ran the gas line illegally, tore up our yard with a frontend loader and never repaired, and never mounted the generator to the pad. Not once in 4+ years have they followed up on their work, as they said they promised, and do not respond to calls or emails. This clown show need to go out of business. I have filed complaints with Kohler, the BBB, and am looking into legal action against these people. Stay away from JRB Electric.

Finished Basement job including all electrical needed. Wired Bathroom fan, lights, switches, & outlets. Wired 30+ electrical outlets. Several multi way switches. A ton of can lights. They did a great job and were very professional. All done to code. Reason for 3 stars is after several weeks of trying to get them to come back to finish the job after drywall, they were "too busy". Spoke with the owner several times, only to get the same "too busy" response. So we had to go with another company to come out and finish his work. We would have liked it to all be done by the same company. Makes me wish I would have just went with a different company for the whole job.

JRB Electric installed a 20kW KOHLER WHOLE HOUSE GENERATOR for us in February 2022. They were meticulous, professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the installation. They did comprehensive electrical work inside and outside, gas line plumbing (also inside and outside) and generator placement that required a backhoe to level the frozen ground. JRB is a ***GOLD LEVEL*** Kohler Power dealer for sales, service and installation serving all of southeastern Wisconsin. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because it took 5 months to get on the schedule after committing to the project and writing a check for a down payment of almost $7,000 dollars. I really started to worry ***BUT*** their workmanship was incomparable once they finally got here. Bob, Leif and Jason were all amazing tradesmen and really know their stuff. They worked long days without any down time and they are all wonderful people who deserve your business.

We always call Jason when we need anything done. JRB responds quickly and efficiently. Always friendly service. From faulty outlets to outdoor lamp posts. They even did tuck pointing and some masonry work for us. Our go to electrician.

Had a Kohler home generator installed by JRB about a year ago, they were knowledgeable and experienced, and gave prompt service when the one year service came due.
