Louay was outstanding! I had an electrical short while I was running Ethernet because I wasn’t as careful as I should’ve been. Fortunately, Louay from Mr. Electric of Fairfax was able to come out within the hour. He found the problem fast, explained everything clearly, and made the repair safely. He also added a new outlet in the garage and made sure the whole system was in good shape before leaving. Louay is professional, friendly, and clearly knows his craft. The cost was fair for an emergency visit, and he left everything cleaner and safer than before. I highly recommend Louay, and Mr. Electric of Fairfax.

Would recommend to anyone who needs electric service done. I inquired about getting my outlets fixed and was able to book online which was easy for me. My electrician Louay went above and beyond when he arrived. He checked all my outlets to be sure I got everything fixed in one trip and went as far as explaining the process. He also checked my circuit box and was able to give me a quote for an updated one and explained that process to me as well. When he was leaving he noticed my screen door came off the henge and was able to help me fix that which I greatly appreciate. I will be a returning customer to get my circuit box fixed.

I am updating this review after the company has since called us back to clear up the miscommunications. They had applied a discount after speaking with the technician which we felt still was not enough. After speaking about what the prices were in the area and why we chose their company over others, they were able to give us a better price that matched the work and effort on our project. They have been prompt with their communication which is definitely their best attribute. We appreciate their willingness to work with us and find a compromise that worked for all parties involved. ********* When the technician came, they did their normal testing to figure out the problem. We were told that a wire was bad and we were told the cost to fix the bad wire was $350. Fixing and replacing a bad wire is not within our abilities. When we agreed to fixing the bad wire, all the tecgnician did was move a wire to the correct connection. Had we been properly told that all that needed to happen was move the wire, we could have done that ourselves and paid just a simple diagnostic/hourly fee. We purposely chose this company due to its free consultation and their "hourly or diagnostic fee" is more than double most of the other costs of similar companies in the area. This is an outrageously high price for the amount of work that was done and we are very frustrated with the lack of proper communication from the technician and the company. We were happy to pay a fee as we did have a problem that was ultimately fixed, but the price was not reflective of the work and time spent on our project.

Louay was fantastic. Even after being held up with other calls, he came out after hours to provide a quote. He replaced our electrical panel, and was accommodating to our schedules. The work was extensive but completed on time and in a professional manner.

Louey and Mohammed were wonderful. Professional and courageous and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend Mr Electric to anyone who is looking for electrician.

I needed to get a meter box replaced for one of my rental properties and Mr. Electric had someone there the same day to do the work. They were very responsive and did a great job. I would recommend them.

We had an emergency electrical issue late Sunday night. Luckily for us we decided to call Mr. Electric of Fairfax and they came right out and diagnosed and fixed the issue.
