We recently installed a new whole house generator. Always On Generators helped us through the whole process of choosing a generator, permitting, HOA documents, surveying, installation, gas tank hookup/filling, and post installation instructions and support. I had no idea that installing a generator was so complex. It is really important to have a really good contractor perform a generator installation. It is not a simple job and if done incorrectly can be a problem for your home electrical system as well as your safety. I would highly recommend AlwaysOnGenerators to my family and friends. They did a terrific job! There are very few companies that plan and execute a large installation as well as this one. Generators are a fairly large purchase, but if you need one, it is good to know that good vendors are available to help with the project. Such a top notch professional company! Highly recommend. We purchased a Generac whole house generator from Always on Generators and could not be happier. We also had a 500 gallon propane tank installed from Jacob’s Gas the same week. Everything about the installation was perfect. Scheduling was accurate and their estimates of time were exact from permitting to completion. We have run the generator for 20 hours now (two days) for testing purposes and no issues at all. Always On Generators were highly recommended to us, from other Generac Generator users in our neighborhood. From the first visit to the finished installation, the Always On crew were totally professional…and they kept us informed about every step of the process. They promised the underground tank would be buried and installed the day of delivery…and it was. Others in our neighborhood who used other installers had their tanks sitting on their lawns for one to two weeks before their installation. Finally, they recommended a 25 hour break in period…to make sure the generator and gas lines functioned properly…then followed that up with a complimentary oil change and inspection.
