West Coast Generators

I have been dealing with West Coast Generator with my own house for 6 years when they installed my Kohler generator. They have always done a top notch job for me . Christian Nunez in their service department has been coming out to do the maintenance on the unit for the last few years and is always helpful and a pleasure to deal with . West Coast has been so responsive that I recommended them to my employer a couple years ago who is a custom home builder in Naples and now he uses them for all their home builds .

I gave them one star because I called for a free estimate for my whole house generator . When they came and looked at my generator they said they didn’t have the parts to do the tune up and that they would get back to me with a price. I received the estimate which was over $500 and I declined it. I thought it was an unfair price. The next thing I know I get a bill for $180 and no work was done to the generator. So much for their so called free estimate. In my opinion this company is very unfair pricing and false advertises about their Free Estimate. Dissatisfied Customer.

I recently used west coast generators for an installation at my home in Naples. The experience surpassed my expectations. From start to finish, their attention to service and communication stood out, and I’m very glad I chose them!

I can't believe this, I actually found a service company that is professional, courteous & actually does what they say they're going to do. Kudo's to this company for giving service to people the old fashion way. The technician they sent out, Chris was excellent. I would recommend West Coast Generators to anyone. PS I'm a service contractor from the MIdwest, this company is what we get back home, Florida is another world when it comes to contractors..

We made an appointment a week ago with WestCoast Generator. They couldn't give me a morning appointment so they gave me 2-4 PM. This ruined my day because I had to be home at 2 PM to speak with the representative. Not only did they not show, but they didn't call or text. At around 4:30 I got a text they were on the way. I then restricted them from my community. My time is just as important as their time. They said: "We were at your gate & you denied us access even though you were still home (your review came in at 4:45P). " Yes, I did make the review ON MY PHONE at 4:45 after I left for an appointment. And yes I did deny them access AFTER the Appointed time of 4 PM. I changed my rating to 2 stars because they finally called me the next day complaining about the 1 star. This tells me they at least care about their rating.

This company has done exactly what it said it would, when they said they would do it. They handled everything from permits , to propane tank installation, LCEC integration to an approved permit. We just had our semi annual service and Chris, the tech, was professional, polite, and thorough! We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend WestCoast Generators!
