Awesome Honest shop. Mark knows his stuff, and was able to provide me guidance on getting my pressure washer repaired. They are the only local shop, that my Pressure Washer OEM trusts, and they were SPOT ON the money. I was able to schedule effectively, order parts, and coordinate repair. I will be back to business again. I highly recommend this shop.

In the auto body and painting business, clean air is very important, they are the only ones I trust to work on my equipment. They’re very knowledgeable about compressors and air quality. If you want it done right, they guys are at the top of their game.

Horrible!!! been waiting 2 weeks for Mark to email with Parts I would Need. Nothing and 3 Phone Calls Later still nothing but a jerk around... Wont be buying any Champion air compressor or any parts .

I had issues with a pressure washer I bought from home Depot 4 months ago that's just pass home Depot in house warranty, that they refused to do anything about. After calling the manufacture I was told to take it here for a factory warranty inspection and repair when I called and spoke to the guy over the phone it was Hassel free, when I came in he was friendly and attentive a well needed service after the Hassel at home Depot. If I need any repairs of this sort I will definitely go here I have had pressure washers repaired in the past that never worked right but this guy know what he's doing will visit again.

I was having issues with my Ryobi pressure washer. I first called Home Depot and they said to bring it in, pay a deposit, and then wait 4-6 weeks for them to LOOK at it. When I got there and waited in line, they tell me that they cannot service electric pressure washers and I have to go somewhere else. In the Home Depot parking lot, I called E&M and they said it was so simple - just drop it off and that's it. Ryobi apparently doesn't have replacement parts, so they just replace the entire unit. So I went and the technician there took my information, and 5 minutes later I'm done - having my wallet out the entire time expecting to pay for shipping or processing, they said no - its completely free. This was on the first of June, and on the 12th of June I have a brand new pressure washer waiting at my front door. E&M made it so easy to fufill the warranty on my unit I couldn't believe it.

My friend just said go down and walk thru the door.. show them the part and they will go above and beyond what you need. On a friday they did just that. Not only he was able to tell what part it was, he came out to the vehicle to see where the part came from. Then went inside to the store and took the part from another machine so i could buy it. i asked him and he said.. Dont worry about it. my goal is to get you going right now. I will order the part for us later. He could have just said.. you can buy it online or we can order it for you (but you are going to have to wait until it gets here) (leave alone charge me up front and maybe even a delivery charge) no. he did just like my friend said. very well done!! 5 stars for just plain old customer service and care above and beyond!!
