We had a fantastic experience working with In Phase Electric for a much-needed electrical panel upgrade. Our old panel dated back to 1984 and was overdue for replacement. We worked directly with Keylin, who was outstanding from start to finish. He helped schedule our appointment, provided a clear and fair quote, and guided us through the entire process with professionalism and care. The project included replacing the outdoor electrical panel, relocating the new panel inside our garage, and installing both an outdoor electrical plug and a generator plug (which was installed with extra length to accommodate future changes to our fence layout). Everything was completed smoothly and on time, with the work done on March 11th. Keylin took the time to answer all of our questions both before and during the installation, which gave us complete peace of mind. The quality of the work and the customer service were both top-notch. As someone who still stares at minor DIY mistakes made a decade ago, I can confidently recommend In Phaze Electric. Keylin was prompt, thorough, and exacting. I am perfectly satisfied with the results and look forward to a lifetime of use and admiring the parallel and perpendicular lines. And all for a fair price? I am happy.

Called In Phaze and discussed our need for a 240v outlet in the garage to charge our EV. Sent them pictures of our panel and garage immediately following the call so they could provide me with a virtual estimate. Waited a week and then called to follow up, and the virtual estimate was sent to me within an hour or so. During the week-long hiatus from interaction with this company, we did call other electricians who all came in substantially (15%-20%) less than In Phaze. We got lucky that the virtual estimate took so long, as we would have gone with In Phaze, at a higher price, without shopping around. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and helpful but in the end, the high expectations I had for this company didn't come to fruition. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I assume our incident was isolated but certainly disappointing.

Grant was very neat with the work he did today. He completed all the tasks we hired him for in a timely manner. He completely cleaned up after the work was done with each fix or install after each job was done before moving on to the next job. He was very kind the whole time. We will definitely use the company again and specifically ask for him! Five star service to be sure! Thanks again Grant!!!

Working with In Phaze was a great experience. Josh made the appointment process easy and explained everything clearly. Overall communication was excellent — including a link to track how far away your tech is before arrival. We had a weird electrical problem, and Keylin was a complete pro. He was knowledgeable and conscientious, made extra efforts to keep everything safe and cleaned up after. Pricing was very straightforward and reasonable. So happy to have a reliable electrician we can trust.
