Ace Electric Construction and plumbing 24 hour emergency service calls

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience with Ace Electric Construction and Plumbing so others know what to expect. I was looking to have a simple electrical outlet installed in one of my bedrooms so I could mount a flat-screen TV. Based on their great reviews, I decided to give them a chance. When I called, Ernest answered and was very courteous. He even said they could come by that same day to assess the job and provide a quote, which I appreciated. Although I initially gave them the wrong address by mistake, they called to clarify and found my home without any issues. Ernest came by, looked at the job, and stepped outside to speak with his boss, Frank. When he returned, he quoted me $225, which I thought was reasonable. Then came the unexpected part—he told me there would be an additional $50 charge just for driving out. This was never mentioned during our initial phone call, and when I asked about it, Ernest insisted that he had told me (which he didn’t). I calmly explained that I was willing to move forward with the $225 quote since I intended to hire them on the spot, but I didn’t agree to pay the additional $50 that was never disclosed. I also asked if they accepted cards since I didn’t have cash on me, but was told they only take cash. I asked Ernest to please speak with his boss and reconsider, but instead, they simply left without any follow-up call or text. In the end, I was left confused and disappointed. I’m sure they do quality work based on other reviews, and I truly wish them well, but there was a real lack of professionalism and transparency in how this was handled. That’s not how you earn someone’s business.

Muchas gracias to Ernest, Aldo, Tito, and especially Mr. Frank Garcia, for the awesome electrical and plumbing work they did on our home! They upgraded every single outlet and switch, installed ventilation fans, moved and repaired lights, installed commodes, and serviced my electrical panel, all promptly and in expert fashion! They went above and beyond to find the style of plate covers I asked for, which turned out amazing. I would highly recommend!

These guys are amazing. The price of the job was very reasonable. Explained the issue and fixed it. We will definitely be using them in the future for other projects.

Such a great experience! I contacted him about an issue with our electricity that other electricians could not fix. He came out and we were given a quote that same day. Everything was replaced and fixed the following day. Definitely recommend! They are a very professional and experienced group.
