Your Solar Liaison

I have had my solar panels for a long time, never had problems with them until now, I noticed my August electric bill was higher than normal, I checked the solar panel system and saw a fault light and the system not working. I got online appears there is very few solar companies that do repairs. I found Solar Liaison they came over on the 19th of August checked the whole system, got it fixed. Our solar installers went out if business. We ended up having the panels malfunction and were not collecting energy on Oct 24. My husband did some research and found Your Solar Liason. I had 5 solar panels not reporting or producing power. I had found that my original installer was no longer in business and not know where to turn to. I searched on the internet and came up with Your Solar Liaison and ended up talking with Adrian. It took a while coordinating with the Manufacture and YSL. Finally, after a going a back in forth with the Manufacture and a transfer of Admin rights to YSL, was able complete the job correctly and all of my solar panels are reporting and are in full production. Thanks to Adrian and his crew expert experience on restoring my Solar Panel. Oh, and also thanks to Julie for keeping me up to date on progress and scheduling, very satisfied. Five Stars

This is a great company to work with. They reviewed my solar system and made the necessary repairs. Help me with upgrades and renegotiate our contract. They were so helpful and responsive to our needs. Can't say enough about how helpful they were. Would not hesitate to have them work for me.

After re-roofing, I had another installer (not YSL) put the 60 panels back on my roof. The job he did was so terrible that I had to fire him. Four of the panels flew off the roof in a gust of wind after he was supposedly finished! I had Adrian and his crew from YSL come in and completely re-do the botched job. There were a number of design and installation issues because of the need to clean up someone else's mess. The YSL crew was very persistent in working through the problems. They were prompt, courteous, and always delivered on what they promised. I highly recommend YSL Solar if you want a professional job done by people you can trust.
