I had an excellent experience with the electric service provided by Liam today. He was extremely knowledgeable and ensured that all work met the highest safety standards and compliance requirements. Liam was efficient, completing the job in a timely manner without compromising on quality. He was also very pleasant and approachable, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. This is review kinda long but the most important part is in the last paragraph so if you're short on time please scroll down. Every step from scheduling an estimate to changing the estimate (b/c I changed my mind about a couple things), to scheduling the service at my convenience, led me to believe I'd receive excellent service and even my high expectations were beat! Liam & his crew were professional, polite & tolerant of my curious kitty cat (who doesn't usually come out when strangers are in my home). The work was completed to perfection & they even cleaned up any mess. To top it all off they were *honest* about part of the quoted job not needing to be done & adjusted my invoice to reflect that. I will def be calling Ezell Electic when I move on to phase 2 of the project!!

Ezell Electric near Treasure Island were fantastic to work with…especially considering I was communicating from West Virginia to get 8 LED canned lights installed in family’s beach condo in Florida! Melody gathered info/contact number, set up estimate (when my Sister was in Florida) and scheduled work while my niece was on-site! Come on, where do you get flexible people to complete jobs of this nature? Work was done efficiently and on budget! Guys even came back (same day) and installed LED dimmers and smoke detectors. We’ve had good experiences with Ezell in the past — they’ve offered fair pricing, been responsive, and provided quality work. However, our recent experience has been a bit disappointing. We’ve had to reschedule multiple times due to miscommunication between the office and technician regarding the time needed for the job. Most recently, we had an appointment confirmed for Sunday, but no one showed up, and I wasn’t able to reach anyone by phone or text. I had set aside time on my only day off to be on-site, which made the no-show especially frustrating. We really value the relationship we’ve had with Ezell in the past, and I’m hopeful this was just a fluke. I’d be happy to update this review if we’re able to get things back on track with better communication and follow-through. Update 07/27/25: After sharing my feedback, Ezell was very responsive and quick to make things right. They got me back on the schedule immediately and completed the work as originally planned. Everything turned out great, as usual. I really appreciate their receptiveness and follow-through, overall, a great customer experience.

Great service and great work! They did a complete electrical upgrade to my panel box and installed a 50 amp outlet for my generator. I also had them install all my outdoor lighting. I recommend them to anyone needing any type of electrical work. Their work is guaranteed.

Cole was great, showed up on time and did great work!

Cole was wonderful. He took care of what was needed for my insurance company. Arrived in a timely manner. Knowledgeable with the questions I asked. And very friendly. Will have him come back to do some other electrical work I need done.
