I had an excellent customer service experience with Chris F. from Generator Supercenter of SWFL! He was timely, came to the front door to let me know he was here and was well prepepared to address our service call needs. He was very through with the testing and retesting of our generator. He then came to the front door to discuss the issue relating to a motor he replaced on recall! Our generator is now exercising and I am receiving notifications as expected! I will request Chris F. again for our next annual service call! Thank You!

I just had my generator serviced by Jaydin F. This young man is a real pleasure to have come to my house. He is very knowledgeable and the efficiency just amazed me. Courteous and friendly is something I really miss these days. What ever he is getting paid it’s not enough. Hang on to Jaydin he’s a keeper.

Aug 5, 2025 annual service and checkout. The technician arrive on time after calling saying he would arrive in 30 minutes. The tech covered what he would do during the annual service maintenance and then proceeded to do what he said he would. He was efficient and did an excellent job and left his work area very clean. In the several years we have had the generator, Chris did the most thorough work of all service men we’ve had. He finished by making sure the generator worked as needed. John Peterson

I am very pleased with Generator Supercenter. They offer a good price for Generac Generator annual maintenance and their technician, Jaydin did a great job. He was was efficient and knew what he was doing. I watched him perform each of the steps. He was also able to troubleshoot an issue with the settings of my 2 air handlers. For some reason they were not coming on when the generator activated. He was able to work with his technical support to get it figured out. He tested it twice to ensure the adjustment worked. I would highly recommend this service.
