The tech that serviced my unit today was outstanding. He was courteous, skilled, spoke well and represented your company well. However. He found a broken part (head) that resulted from an over-tightening of the valve cover on its last PM service. My unit is just now out of warranty but I believe your company, who is the only one that ever serviced my unit, should accept the responsibility for the broken part and fix it at no charge. You broke it - you fix it - you pay for it. The tech told me he would send me a quote for the repair.

Service was on time as scheduled, my technician Rick was very thorough, efficient, answered all of my questions, in addition to the standard service, he also cleaned up interior and exterior of the generator. This was my 1 year service call and it looks new again. Rick also helped me get my generator WiFi hooked back up to my network which was probably related to an faulty wifi device on the generator.

Rick was an outstanding technician. In addition to being highly professional he took the time to explain everything he did and why he did it. He was personable and a great representative of the company. I would request him for any subsequent service I have.

Charlie did a great job for us. His knowledge and experience was evident and it took him a short time to complete our issue. Called ahead to let us know he was on his way and answered all our questions!

Had a service install a few months back. Everything seemed to have been going great until I had a few electricians come out to give an estimate for some unrelated work. Two of the electricians mentioned that this is a huge safety hazard. We then confirmed with a Sarasota County Inspector that this is in fact, a safety hazard and should not have passed inspection (thats where srq county dropped the ball). I have been Trying to get GenereX to come out and cover the hole they left for over a month and a half now. We feel very disappointed by the lack of customer service and support Generex has provided. We are honestly questioning How they respond if we ever need service on our unit. Would not recommend using them for future purchases. Updated: service address will be under Yvonne Berry. We have been reaching out and corresponding with your sales team and service team for about two months now and still haven’t gotten this resolved.

Josh took great care of us with our regular maintenance visit. He was quick, neat, and answered all of my questions. Now we're good for the rest of hurricane season. Thanks GenerX for taking good care of our Generac and us!

Mike was our tech today… he was the most efficient, courteous, informative, intelligent, helpful man!! He fixed our issue and made us feel 100% confident about our Generac system. I cannot stress how refreshing it is to get someone out to fix something at your home, who is so knowledgeable and eager to fix the problem!!! It’s a hot and sweaty job being outside all that time.
