Just purchased a new Stihl BR800x backpack leaf blower . This thing is an absolute beast ! I haven’t enjoyed blowing leaves this much ever . Thanks to Mike for great service as always . Precision is the best ! Buy local .

I went in for a simple fix, was told I would be charged one amount and exactly what I dropped it off for, when I comeback for the lawnmower the bill is literally almost 300 after the deposit and they added things to fix on the bill that I did not ask for and then proceeded to tell me I needed to pay that amount…I was over priced and scammed into paying more for my lawnmower back. I would not suggest going to these people for regular lawnmower work, they will price gauge your bill take my word for it..

Place is a joke. Hart tools service center? Dropped off a tool and was song and danced by the son for months and father finally snapped about something to do with payments from Hart? What did that have to do with me? So they kept my tool and battery as payment on a warranty I was told to bring there.. Now September and this began end March beginning of April... Wouldn't trust them with a tricycle.. Shady place of business.

HUGE MISTAKE! I have a 1 year old Toro mower that's been used maybe 10 times. Some dirt found its way into the carburetor stopping the engine. All it needed was a carburetor cleaning. But this outfit felt that this brand new mower needed $175 worth of maintenance! TOTAL RIP-OFF! New air filter, spark plug, oil change, blade sharpening, etc., etc., NONE OF WHICH WERE NEEDED! Absolutely ridiculous. If I run into this problem again I'll simply replace the carbretor myself and will never again walk into this place.

I brought my broken lawn mower (would not start) to Precision to repair starting issue and get a tuneup. The mower now works perfectly. Even the self-propelled, which had not worked in years, is working great. Old school repair shop …. highly recommended.

I stopped in to pickup a new pair of blades for my mower, which they told me they didn’t have in stock, and they’d have to order it in. after the week they told me it’d be, I called them up to inquire about them, to which i was told they forgot to order them. Seriously? When they finally came in and I arrived to pick them up, I was told they actually had some in cold storage and they just didn’t bother checking. Maybe should have kept that to yourselves. I also witnessed one of the guys try to sell a guy a new blower because his "had no compression" and went right to the shelf and grabbed a new one. I pulled the blower over out of curiosity and it had PLENTY of compression. The worker heard me and said "let me see something quick" turns out it was flooded, and he was about to sell him on a new blower. Crooks
