Super kind and helpful people and always have what I need with fair prices. Recently had a concrete project and everything ran smoothly with no issues. Would recommend supporting these people and this business.

Great inventory. Always have what I need. Great employees, helpful, friendly. Willing to take you to the location of a item. Prices are reasonable.

Don’t shop here. The mislabel their items and don’t honor the price. The store will still charge you if you don’t buy anything. They stole $192 and then lie about how credit cards work to void their theft when caught. You don’t need the card, just the transaction item. Any idiot manager should be able to call a credit card service. They don’t care if you are disabled or a veteran. Don’t shop here.

Supply Hardware has been around for about 40 years If you happen to be dealing with an older home built before the 1970s, then this hardware store can at times accommodate for parts that you can't find in the corporate type hardware stores I also like the personal customer service Supply provides Lowes comes in second place for personal customer service Home depot needs to catch up a little bit when it comes to customer service Back in the day Hollywood Hardware provided excellent customer service because they had men who knew about plumbing, hardware, carpentry and electrical Supply provides the same type of environment

This place is awesome. Well marked , fully stocked aisle. Your not ignored as someone will always ask you if there's anything they can help you find.. very friendly family type atmosphere . They open at 700am which saved me this morning as I needed a special fitting for our trailer to test at DMV by 830. So thankfully they were open and had the parts I needed. I've only shopped here like 18 times but I've only begun to proceed all that's available. The back side of the store outside has tons of items for outdoor things . Wood , fencing , gates , irrigation and plumbing . Check them out . L. Fanelli

Very helpful staff. Like every other Ace hardware it is awesome. Everything you could want and more. Much better than the big box stores. Home Depot is good but I will never, ever set foot in Lowe's in West Sac again. Management sucks, they have no respect for their customers.

Amazing hardware store that has a huge variety of hard to find items. I have been in trying to find weird sized nuts/bolts and after looking with no success at the big box stores, I have found it here. The staff is very helpful and friendly and unlike many places these days, they actually act like they appreciate your business! What a concept!
