The best customer service and install technicians. Great local store and customer service for any questions or issues in Central Arkansas. I am so glad we have a generator to keep our babies, pets and home safe with the upcoming freezing temperatures and snow storm.

Jeremy and his on-site team were $$ taking care of the property during the install. They were methodical in their approach and answered any questions. They needed to pivot on a few details but it was obviously not their first rodeo and re-grouped as necessary for a one day install, grabbing additional supplies as needed. System tested great, Jeremy walked me thru the details and now I do not need to be concerned in inclement weather with my mother's needs for whole home electricity. Joe was great and on point with the estimate (there were no "surprises" on install day) and Dillon kept me informed on time of arrival for Jeremy's crew. Looking at a Generac for my home next (and Generator Supercenter for fulfillment). I can't say enough about the professionalism all around.

Outstanding service . They keep at it untill done. I bought a new service contract from them. The one LOWEs uses. Let me down.!!! And kutos to Dillon. Lowes should change who does there installs. In Little Rock area. Again very Happy.
