Matthew and Alex did a great job replacing our water heater. They arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and did a very neat job. All materials were removed from our property. I would absolutely recommend Grossman Plumbing for any plumbing issues you might have.

Of course, my toddler, who is quite the troublemaker, decided to flush a bunch of Q-tips down our master bedroom toilet. Unfortunately, this caused a clog. I tried everything I could to unclog it, but it was no use. Frustrated, I called Matt on a Monday morning. To my relief, he arrived at our house within 24 hours the following day. Matt was incredibly courteous, professional, and meticulous in his work. He even communicated with me beforehand, explaining the potential scenarios and the cost of the repair. The whole Grossman family has been so wonderful to work with. They worked diligently to make sure that my ongoing plumbing issues were resolved once and for all. They thought of a solution that previous companies I worked with never said was a possibility. Not only did they get the job done, but they went above and beyond to make sure it was done correctly. I'm glad I finally found plumbers I can trust. Bonus points for being good with my two dogs!
