Horrible. Thought to give them a try because of their good reviews. Jokes on me! First they sent a plumber instead of a HVAC tech. Plumber was a great guy, not his fault and tried to help, but I HVAC! 8 hours later, HVAC shows up, to be told that they don’t have experience in wall-hung combi-boilers! Also not his fault, but after speaking with 3 dispatchers, customer service, and an HVAC manager, how the heck didn’t anyone realize what kind of boiler I had! And still have no hot water or heat! Would never recommend this unprofessional company!
